Hiya East Windsor Night Owls,
Life in East Windsor, like other places in Connecticut and around the country, is relentlessly fast-paced. In the course of a day, each of us makes thousands of quick decisions. Many of these are trivial: ‘Boxers or briefs?’, ‘White or wheat?’, ‘Paper or plastic?’, or ‘Call or text?’. However, some split-second judgments have significant consequences; ‘I just blew a tire, is my right lane clear to pull over?!’
If your brain is foggy because of sleeping insomnia, it is impossible to respond with peak mental capacities. The amygdala is the region of the brain that signals the body when there is a threat. If you miss just one night of sleep, the amygdala ceases to function normally. An impaired amygdala causes problems in other areas of the brain as well. Reasoning, speech and hand-eye coordination slow down. In fact, a drowsy East Windsor driver can be as dangerous as a tipsy East Windsor driver.
My name is Cheryl Erwin. Like many fellow Vernon Rockville yawners, I know how it feels to be sleep-deprived. My Vernon Rockville friends who have trouble sleeping use phrases like ‘feet in quicksand’, ‘brain fog’ and ‘tapped-out’ to describe how sleepless nights make them feel. (‘Wilted’ is one of my favorites.)
If you are a East Windsor night owl who has tried unsuccessfully to beat insomnia, you might be interested in two all-natural insomnia aids; Reposanex and 7Hour Slumber. These products are carefully formulated to help East Windsor insomniacs fall asleep and stay asleep. They are safe and effective for short or long-term insomnia. Be sure you don’t let 437 sleepless nights progress into chronic insomnia.
You don’t need to be able to spell ‘Rose Madder amygdala’ to understand how important sleep is to our brains. Reposanex and 7Hour Slumber can help your brain get the recharging sleep it desperately needs.

“It’s just diabetes, no big deal.”
“It’s only a broken femur, I don’t need to see a doctor.”
“I can handle a heart attack on my own.”
Ridiculous? How about this one; “I have trouble sleeping, but I can tough it out.” If that sounds sensible to you, perhaps you don’t realize the dangers of sleep deprivation.
I am Cheryl Erwin of the unofficial Poquonock insomnia club. I want to tell you about Melotrex and Reposanex. These all-natural sleep aids are safe and effective for both severe insomnia and occasional sleeplessness.
Chronic insomnia is not merely an annoyance that makes you feel less than caring, it is a serious health condition that affects many East Granby adults and teenagers. If you are a member of the unofficial East Windsor insomnia club, you should consider taking action with Melotrex and Reposanex. These sleep aids work with your body to reset your natural sleep cycle.
Lack of sleep is not only harmful to East Windsor sufferers, it can be detrimental to others as well. Drowsy driving by sleepy Poquonock commuters is often a factor in deadly collisions. Employees with insomnia-induced cognitive impairment trigger accidents at Vernon Rockville workplaces.
The Black Night in Monty Python and the Holy Grail who said, “Tis but a flesh wound, I’ve had worse,” would probably trivialize sleep deprivation. But you know better. Be safe. Don’t let sleep deprivation put you or your loved ones in danger. Compare Melotrex and Reposanex, the natural insomnia remedies.

Do you take your laptop to bed with you? Many Vernon Rockville insomnia sufferers try to unwind by tapping away on their keyboard. Whether you are working, playing on Facebook, or improving your Freecell record, computer use in bed can interfere with quality sleep.
If you have unknowingly trained your brain and body to associate your bed with other activities, it can become difficult to relax enough to drift off. Computer use is not the only problem, Poquonock sleep therapists also counsel against bedtime texting, eating, and TV. There are two exceptions, however. Many East Windsor sleep doctors recommend reading to calm the mind. Of course, you need to choose appropriately dull reading material. The other exception? Sex. (I had you worried, didn’t I?)
I am insomniac Cheryl Erwin of East Windsor, CT. Because of my sleep difficulties, I have changed my late evening routine. I used to climb into bed at ten o’clock, watch the East Windsor news while eating a pint of Haagen Dazs, and then check my Facebook account for any interesting posts.
Things have changed in my East Windsor household. I have moved the TV out of the bedroom and I eat my snack in the kitchen. My laptop, which is usually within arms’ reach, is not allowed in my bed anymore. (It has not spoken to me for several weeks now, but I must remain strong.)
These changes are helping me greatly. I only take Melotrex or Reposanex three or four times a month now. It is very reassuring to know that if I can’t nod off before midnight, I can take all-natural Melotrex or Reposanex for a good nights sleep. I don’t have to drive to my East Windsor pharmacy to get Melotrex and Reposanex. I order them at http://www.bestsleepaids.net.
Hope to see you again

Do you feel like you have a grip on the stressors in your life? I’m Cheryl Erwin, and I could be anyone; for instance an advertising account executive in East Windsor. In the past few months, I might have experienced some significant events. Perhaps a relative died unexpectedly in nearby Poquonock.
Let’s imagine the local East Windsor advertising agency I work for was bought by a national firm. Our new parent company laid off half of my East Granby colleagues without warning. Fortunately, I still have my job, but I could be the next to go.
A final blow comes the next month; My son or daughter is suspended from the Vernon Rockville high school for some very serious offenses.
Could be a ton of reasons why I cannot fall asleep. Lack of sleep has turned me into an emotional wreck. I have what sleep specialists call depression insomnia. I need to get back into a healthy sleep pattern so my sleep deprivation symptoms won’t spiral out of control.
I plan to try Melotrex to overcome insomnia. I need to have a clear head to perform at work and deal with my critical family issues as well.
Melotrex is a 100 percent natural sleep aid. It helps with the many different sleep problems we all encounter at one time or another. It can help you fall asleep, stay asleep and sleep deeply so you wake refreshed. Melotrex is sold through http://www.bestsleepaids.net. You can also find information about Reposanex and 7Hour Slumber, two similar herbal sleep remedies.
Hope to see you again

Hello readers. I am Cheryl Erwin, a sleep blogger in East Windsor. If you have been following my posts, you know that I suffer from chronic insomnia and am currently comparing Connecticut sleep solutions to find out what can help me sleep.
If you have trouble sleeping and are worried about all the lack of sleep affects, you may have noticed reports on a recent study conducted by Daniel Cohen of Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. The findings are published in the January 13 issue of Science Translational Medicine.
The study showed that lost sleep cannot be made up. In other words, if you are a sleepy East Windsor paramedic who pulled four all-nighters last week, you cannot make up the lost sleep by crashing all weekend. Of course the weekend sleep is better than nothing, but it does not erase the accumulated sleep deficit. Your performance will suffer and you will feel the symptoms of exhaustion.
This is sobering news for East Granby nurses and Poquonock truckers; in fact all East Windsor shift workers.
I also work odd hours and I am concerned about my accumulated sleep deficit. I am taking all-natural Melotrex to help me sleep soundly all through the night. Melotrex is a safe, effective and affordable insomnia treatment. So far, it is helping me sleep at night and feel better during the day. Don’t let your sleep deficit affect your health. Check out Melotrex at childrensleepreview.goodsleepblog.com today for better sleep tomorrow.

Hiya
A few months ago, I read an interesting insomnia finding. East Windsor sleep researchers observed that sleep-deprived test subjects in a recent clinical trial got used to feeling tired. At first, study participants noticed that sleep deprivation affected their energy, cognitive abilities and mental health. However, after a few days of not sleeping, their tired state began to feel normal for them.
I suffer from insomnia and live in East Windsor. My name is Cheryl Erwin. I have spent a lot of time studying sleep, well actually, lack of sleep. After reading about the study mentioned previously, I realized that my “tired” state had become my new “normal”. I talked to several of my East Windsor friends and co-workers. I discovered that many of those that reported having trouble sleeping did not make a connection between their insomnia and various health issues.
For example, one Vernon Rockville insomniac who is an elementary school teacher told me that she often had trouble concentrating while talking to her students. A Poquonock man who works in my office catches every sickness going around and it seems to take him an unusually long time to get better.
Actually, many health problems can be caused by lack of sleep. Prolonged insomnia should never be ignored.
If you can’t sleep, I recommend Melotrex. Melotrex has helped me tremendously. As my sleep has improved, my health has improved also. You can learn more about Melotrex at http://www.bestsleepaids.net.
Don’t let ‘tired’ become ‘normal’. Use Melotrex for good sleep and good health

Hi, I am good night sleep blogger Cheryl Erwin. As you have probably guessed, there are some nights when I simply cannot sleep sound. I brush my teeth, climb onto my swedish mattress, relax under my Rose Madder down comforter and then–lie there with my eyes wide open! Ugh!
Before I take an herbal sleep remedy such as Melotrex or Reposanex, I try some of my favorite nighttime rituals to hopefully aid sleep.
First, I rid my East Windsor bedroom of all the distractions. I can’t believe how much paperwork piles up in a few days. I don’t want to lie awake thinking about the car insurance premium that is due on my family van or the ten page application for my daughter to attend University of Connecticut. I even close my laptop and take it out of the bedroom.
Next, I bargain with my sweetie for a massage exchange. I promise to give an incredible rubdown tomorrow night if I can get one tonight. Lavender or chamomile oil is the crowning touch.
Next, I meditate to the sound of the surf lapping at the shore. No, I don’t live on the beach, but I do live in a nice East Windsor neighborhood near downtown. To hear waves, chirping birds or a gentle breeze rustling the trees, I turn on relaxing ambient sleep music.
If these things don’t do the trick, I pull out the heavy artillery. I take Reposanex, the non habit forming sleep aid. I believe it is one of the most effective sleep aids over the counter in East Windsor. I have been using natural insomnia aids for 6. You don’t have to lie there with your eyes open. See http://www.bestsleepaids.net for a good night sleep.

Obstructive sleep apnea can be a life-threatening condition. Here at Melotrex, we want to make sure our East Windsor insomnia customers are aware of the symptoms and dangers of sleep apnea.
Persons with sleep obstructive apnea stop breathing intermittently during sleep when the back of their throat constricts and blocks the air. Many East Granby and Vernon Rockville people currently being treated for apnea were unaware they had it until their spouse noticed the rhythm of their breathing changed during sleep.
If you sleep all through the night but still feel tired and groggy during the day, you could have sleep obstructive apnea. Symptoms of sleep apnea are fairly obvious. Periods of breathing lapses, loud snoring and gasping for breath can occur several times during the night without the person remembering them the next day. To determine if you need to see a doctor, ask your partner or other family member to observe your sleeping. (Be prepared to be shaken violently until you wake up and take a breath!) If you sleep alone, you can record yourself sleeping to determine if you demonstrate apnea symptoms.
Many East Windsor people are diagnosed with sleep apnea every year. Risk factors include obesity, large tonsils, nasal congestion, and a deviated septum. It is most common in middle-age East Windsor men but is also found among all age groups in East Granby and Vernon Rockville. East Granby teens and East Windsor children with large tonsils can also develop obstructive sleep apnea.
Melotrex is a non habit forming sleep medication that is effective for non-apnea sleep issues. If you can’t seem to get enough sleep because you wake up too early, Melotrex is the natural sleeping solution for staying asleep until the morning. If your partner is currently using a CPAP breathing machine and the noise makes it difficult for you to fall asleep, Melotrex can help you start your night out right by falling asleep fast. See http://www.bestsleepaids.net for Melotrex ordering info and more helpful sleep tips.

Hi, it’s Cheryl here again sharing sleep news for East Windsor insomniacs.
I have been conducting informal research on lack of sleep effects in East Windsor for several months now. So far, I have tried Reposanex and 7Hour Slumber. This upcoming week, I am eager to compare Melotrex.
Melotrex works with your body to re-set your natural circadian rhythm. No, I am not a dancer, ‘circadian rhythm’ is the scientific name for your internal body clock. All animals and plants have a natural 24-hour cycle. Circadian rhythms disorders affect your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Circadian rhythms can be altered by pregnancy, rotating shifts and jet lag. I don’t have to worry about being pregnant, but since I will be traveling away from East Windsor on business next week, I will definitely need Melotrex. I will also do yoga and my special relaxation techniques faithfully while I am away. Since I am very sensitive to disruptions in my sleep cycle, I have a bedtime ritual that I use in combination with all-natural sleep aids to help me sleep.
For more information on Melotrex, Reposanex, , and 7Hour Slumber, see Deb’s Independence How To Stop Snoring Blog. These sleep aids are available online for all Vernon Rockville and East Granby folks who want to re-set or maintain their sleep/wake cycle for better health and improved immunity. I don’t know about you, but I am at least a little concerned about H1N1 and other viruses that are spreading in the East Windsor area. To stay healthy, make sure you get enough sleep!

Welcome to Cheryl’s East Windsor sleep blog. Maybe it can provide some light reading for your sleepless nights if you are troubled by sleep problems. I am pretty tired (no pun intended) of not getting enough sleep. I plan to try some new East Windsor sleep aids to see if they really work. I will give you updates here on my blog.
This week, I will use Melotrex and see what happens. I ordered Melotrex on http://www.bestsleepaids.net. I didn’t even need to leave my East Windsor house to pick it up at a East Windsor drugstore. Melotrex is relatively new but has been receiving some favorable reviews from long-time Vernon Rockville insomniacs and Vernon Rockville holistic health professionals.
In addition to reporting on my East Windsor sleep aid results, I also plan to include some interesting facts about sleep in my East Windsor insomnia blog. For example, did you know that people who regularly sleep less than five hours at night have roughly a 40 percent higher rate of heart problems (including heart attacks) than people who are able to consistently get eight hours of sleep? I have a few other risk factors for heart disease, so my chronic insomnia is even more troubling.
Here is another interesting but non-worrisome sleep factoid from the animal kingdom: Dolphins sleep while swimming using one half of their brain at a time.
I wish one half of my brain could man the controls while the other half curls up on the couch. Come to think about it, it is possible that only half of my brain is currently working. Perhaps Melotrex will help get the other half in gear.
Check back soon.
